Strictly Come Biking event at the Rose Bowl on Sunday 7th May 2006.

This risk assessment has been produced by Gerry Gooch the event organiser on behalf of THE SOLENT ADVANCED MOTORCYCLISTS.

 

THE PROCEDURE FOR CARRYING OUT THESE HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS IS AS FOLLOWS:-

Gerry Gooch to tick each box and sign after inspection has been carried out.

1. Colin Hitchcock is to CLEAN THE MDU, CHECK TYRES, BRAKES, NUMBER PLATE

AND LIGHTS ------ 

2. The MDU is a NO SMOKING area. -------------------------------

3. Neil Stocker will tow the MDU to the Rose Bowl ensuring that RTA are

conformed with --------------------- .

4. Neil to site the MDU and set it up with the jacks, steps, doors etc all correctly installed. -------------

5. MDU JACKS PLACED TO ENSURE NO TILTING CAN OCCUR --------------------------

6. MDU BRAKES FIRMLY APPLIED-------------------------------------------------------------- 

7. NUMBER OF PERSONS IN MDU LIMITED TO SIX AT ANY ONE TIME.

8. MDU MUST BE KEPT LOCKED AT NIGHT WHILST PARKED. Neil Stocker
