MODERATORS GUIDELINES.

1.  Moderators must treat all messages that they read as, ` SAM CONFIDENTIAL`

2.  Moderators may block any item that they feel may be contentious in any way.

3. They then seek confirmation of their action from an Officer of SAM. Either :-

• The Chairman of SAM

• The Vice Chairman of SAM

• The Secretary of SAM

• The Treasurer of SAM

1. The Moderator to send a copy of the `Blocked Message` to the Officer consulted.

2. The Officer will communicate with the sender of the offending message.

3. The Moderators do not enter into any communication with the sender of an offending message.

4. Max message size for `Announce` will be 200KB

5. Max message size for `Committee` will be 800KB

6. Max message size for `Observer` will be 800KB

7. Moderators may request a message to be reposted where it includes a large attachment that can be posted by an alternative method.
